Organizations have faced many big changes within a short time period. From a global pandemic and hybrid work to movements such as The Great Resignation and Quiet Quitting. Add to that an ongoing recession.
All these events have reshaped the picture of the learning and development landscape in one way or another. At Learnster, we want to capture that picture and share it with you. The aim is to give you a better understanding of the state of the industry and how organizations conduct skills development today.
In the late summer and autumn of 2023, we sent out an anonymous survey to Learnster’s community of customers, newsletter subscribers, and followers across social channels. The results have been compiled and are presented here in this report.
