Through Mirka Academy, built with Learnster's LMS, we provide internal training with tailored course material. We also have a local center in Finland, where we provide practical training to employees and customers.
We work in three different Learnster environments. One sandbox for testing and experimenting, one internal for employee training, and one external to be launched next year for our customers.
We did a thorough analysis of our internal needs and IT infrastructure. We then scanned the market for an LMS that could meet our requirements. The choice was simple. Learnster ticked all the boxes.
