Since 2001, we've helped customers develop and secure their digital operations, and today we have over 900 employees, which places high demands on our ability to spread and maintain knowledge across the entire organization.
In an increasingly fast-moving world, competence development has become ever more important. At Omegapoint, this is nothing new – quite the opposite. Competence development has been a central part of the company since its founding, expressed through Omegapoint Academy – a culture of competence where we learn from one another. In a typical year, we produce a wealth of learning material from various competence activities, such as conferences, hackathons, breakfast seminars, trainee programs, certifications, and more. With Learnster, we've gained a tool that ties all of this together, and today more than 100 lectures and courses are gathered in the LMS.
