Learnster – Acceptable Use Policy
Learnster AB (“Learnster”) operates an education platform (“Platform”) where organizations can create, package, share and follow up on content and courses.

Your employer or equivalent ("Employer") has entered into an agreement with Learnster allowing you to use the Platform under which your Employer has agreed to ensure that your use of the Platform is subject to the principles set out in this acceptable use policy (“Policy”). Please note that in addition to this Policy, there may be other guidelines and rules for your use of the Platform as communicated by your Employer.

Permitted Use
As a user of the Platform, you are authorized to use the Platform to access and engage with training programs provided your Employer. All use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Use restrictions
As a user of the Platform, you may not:

a) access, store, distribute or transmit any material during its use of the Platform that is (i) unlawful; or (ii) inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, pornographic, racist, terrorist, politically slanted, indecent or in any other way may cause damage or injury to any person or entity;

b) use the Platform in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights held by Learnster or a third party:

c) attempt or knowingly allow or enable anyone to sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, publish or publicly display, copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, or transmit all or any portion of the Platform;

d) attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Platform;

e) take any other action that damages or adversely affects or could damage or adversely affect the security, integrity, performance, or proper functioning of the Platform.

Monitoring and enforcement
To ensure compliance with the Policy, your use of the Platform may be monitored. In the event of a violation of the Policy, your access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated.

This Policy was last updated 2024-07-01 and may be amended from time to time.
